Valinch & Mallet Moung Gay 22 ans is a molasses rum produced by the Mount Gay distillery located in Saint Michael on the island of Barbados.
This is a Pure Single Rum distilled in an iron still in 2001. This 22-year-old rum underwent 5 years of tropical ageing before being repatriated to Scotland.
From a single barrel bearing the number 12, this cuvée was bottled in 2023 without cold filtration or reduction. 273 numbered bottles were produced.
