The Spirit of Art is a collection combining spirits and art. It was created by independent bottler Valinch & Mallet.
This 25-year-old single cask selection comes from Nicaragua.
The rum was distilled in 1998 from molasses in a column still. The aging process is tropical for one part, and continental for the other. Bottled brut de fût in 188 numbered units, it is unfiltered and unadulterated, with a natural color.
