This Valinch & Mallet rum from The Spirit of Art collection is a blend of two rums from Guyana that have been aged together in a single barrel.
One of the rums was distilled in 1996 using the "Diamond" coffey column, and the other in the same year using the "Versailles" wooden pot still. These two molasses rums are equally present in this blend, bottled brut de fût and unfiltered. The total age is 27 years. 221 numbered bottles were produced.
