This rum from the Jamaican distillery Hampden has an ester content of between 200 and 400 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol during its distillation. This content, which corresponds to the mark “LROK – Light Rum Owen Kelly”, was created in 1952.
Aged 13 years in old bourbon barrels, this molasses rum comes from the 2010 vintage.
It was bottled to mark the launch of the “Magnum Series #2” collection. This exclusive series is the result of a collaboration between La Maison & Velier and the Magnum press agency founded in 1947. After Elliott Erwitt for the first series in 2021, this second edition features American photographer Alex Webb.
