Indian Ocean Stills

The Indian Ocean Stills range was created as a tribute to the importance of Indian Ocean rums. This region can be considered the cradle of rum. It was here that the first sugar canes were planted, and these have since spread across the globe.

For this purpose, the Italian company Velier has selected two rums made from pure cane juice, highly representative of the particular style of two territories:Mauritius and Reunion Island.

Chamarel 2014 is a light version of the distillery's rums. It was produced in a copper column and aged on site for 4 years in French oak barrels.

Savanna 2012 is an agricultural rum distilled in a Savalle column, then aged for 6 years at the distillery. It has been bottled brut de fût. Read less
