Port Charlotte
Port Charlotte is a Scotch whisky house born from the ashes of the Lochindaal distillery (1829-1929). It was established shortly before 2010, when Jim McEwan of the Bruichladdich distillery took over the equipment from the Inverleven distillery, which closed in 2003.
The brewing, ageing, blending and bottling equipment was thus installed in Port Charlotte. The stills are housed at Bruichladdich. Read less
