French 75

The opinion of Damien, our globe-trotting bartender

A cocktail steeped in history dating back to the First World War, which has seen its ingredients and glass change over time.

My favorite places to taste it:

In Cognac: at Bar Luciole for their selection of cognac.

Around the world: at GreenLab in Brussels for their selection of gin.
