
Our Daiquiri recipe
Shake ingredients in a shaker, double strain with a shaker strainer and a fine mesh strainer to retain ice cubes and their residue. Garnish with a lime zest.

2cl simple sugar syrup
2.5cl fresh lime juice
5cl Havana Rum 3 years

Wow thats really nice drinking, I love the rum and daiquiris… and always prefer an overproof rum to make a daiquiri. what do you really think about that?
I think you can't go wrong with an overproof rum, if you like more powerful stuff :) Maybe you should try the Nuclear Daiquiri then:
