Appleton 1993 Hearts Collection is a bottling created by Joy Spence and Luca Gargano. Joy is Appleton's master blender and he is Velier's boss.
With this "Hearts Collection" series, they aim to select and bottle 100% pot still rums from the Appleton distillery.
Distilled in 1993, this rum was bottled in 2022 after 29 years of tropical aging. No less than 13 barrels were unloaded to give birth to the 3600 bottles.
The congener rate of this rum is 1456 g/hlap.
