This white rum is distilled in copper columns. Its 55° alcohol gives it a vigor that enables it to be enjoyed neat or as a ti punch.

Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, the cane immediately wins out in a beautiful way, a whiff of nature! This is white rum as you'd expect and desire it, both vegetal and round, with a lovely freshness. It's expressive but not aggressive, despite the notes of pepper, bitterness and dryness that are skilfully balanced. In fact, it's a rather rounded rum in the end, with a rustic but not rough cane, a fine cane eau-de-vie in short. The peppery note adds just the right amount of pep, and the balance never wavers.
Aeration reveals even more roundness, with a hint of honey. Small lemony touches don't spoil this mellow, comfortable rum. The cane has never been forgotten, remaining firmly in the center all this time.
The attack on the palate is rather robust, and once again this is a true white agricultural rum as we imagine it. The cane is candied, the rum offers a pleasant sensation of warmth and intensity without deviating from its trajectory. It also takes us on a tour of its terroir, with drier, fibrous notes of bagasse and cane bark.
The finish is peppery, giving the impression of a rhum de terroir, with rather dry notes of bagasse.
