Here Jean-François Sobczak offers a rum from the 2011 vintage whose aging began on May 2 of the same year. It was completed on June 12, 2024 with bottling. This agricultural rum has therefore benefited from a little more than 13 years of aging in the Guadeloupe climate.
Cask No. 51 produced just under 350 numbered bottles. This is a cask strength rum, not chill-filtered.
