Damoiseau Blanc 50° - 3 liters is a Guadeloupe white rum made from pure cane juice (distillation of pressed and fermented cane juice), with a strength of around 70° at the end of the column still. It is then placed in several hundred hectoliter wooden casks, where it is stirred and aerated for a period of 3 to 6 months. During this maturation period, volatile compounds gradually evaporate. Before bottling, it is gently reduced to 50° by adding spring water.
Damoiseau Blanc 50° was awarded a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in 2007 and 2011.
