We regularly host themed tasting evenings.
The aim of this evening is to provide an overview of the major rum families, with the program featuring, in order:
- traditional Spanish "ron" with Abuelo 12 (Panama)
- traditional English "rum" with Doorly's XO (Barbados)
- traditional French "rhum" with HSE VSOP (Martinique)
- rhum arrangé with Rhum de Ced Mangue Passion, made from Martinique rum macerated with fresh fruit and vanilla.
A short, fun-filled intermission will familiarize you with the main rum flavors.
The evening will take place at Le Borromée, a small brasserie in the heart of Paris's 15th arrondissement, and will be hosted by the Rhum Attitude team (Laurent, Corentin, Olivier).
Romain and Jérôme from Le Borromée will prepare a hearty gourmet board with ingredients adapted to the different rums to accompany the tasting.
A chocolate fondant and coffee will be served at the end.
