This collaboration between Luca Gargano (Velier) and Richard Seale (Foursquare) is a blend of rums aged once (ex-bourbon casks) and rums aged twice (ex-bourbon casks and ex-cognac casks), for a total aging of 15 years in the tropics.
Before being put into casks, each rum was distilled in 2010 using double retort copper pot stills and the traditional Coffey column still.
This rum was bottled at its natural strength of 62°
