Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose: very vegetal and floral, we find green olive, succulent flowers, a briny side, notes of green fruits and some earthy touches.
On the palate: the initial attack is quite round and warm; it is quickly followed by a second, more vibrant wave of herbaceous and fruity notes that become almost earthy and evolve towards brine. A toasty and saline quality is also perceptible, before returning to a sugarcane profile, still enveloped in smoky and earthy notes.
The finish: on the herbaceous side of the sugarcane, accompanied by smoky and earthy notes that underline the mineral character of the rum.
