Hampden 8 years 2017 <>H Magnum series #3 is a Jamaican rum produced by the Hampden distillery.
This 8-year-old distilled in 2017 after a 10-day fermentation – very long for a brandy – and bottled in 2025 has the mark “<>H” (pronounced “Diamond H”). It therefore has an ester content of between 900 and 1,000 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol, which is very high for a rum, even from this distillery.
