HSE Parcellaire N°1 Canne d'Or VSOP is an AOC Martinique agricultural rum.
It is made exclusively from R 570 cane, also known as Golden Cane. This variety is grown on a specific plot of land at Habitation Saint-Étienne.
Distilled in 2016, a portion was bottled as white rum (HSE Cuvée parcellaire n°1 Canne d'Or 55°), and this other portion benefited from four years of aging in American white oak barrels.

This is the VSOP edition made from rums distilled in June 2016, kept in stainless steel vats until January 2020 (aging date) and then bottled in March 2025.
