The nose is both fruity and spicy. First, green pepper tickles the nostrils, then, with aeration, notes of cinnamon and ginger emerge.
On the palate, the sweetness of cocoa and caramel coats the palate, with a delicate woody backdrop.
The long, unctuous finish stretches out on notes of cereal and hazelnut.
