Isautier Arrangé Cahouète is the result of the marriage between the famous Isautier white rum from Reunion Island, milk cream and peanuts.
This rhum arrangé should be served well chilled! Don't hesitate to put it in the freezer to serve it chilled.
It can also accompany desserts or serve as the base for a gourmet cocktail.
Nico's tasting notes
The nose doesn't deceive you: it's a full-fat peanut resting in the glass. It's coated with a very soft cream in which a few cookies have been dipped. The whole is very smooth and promises a full mouth.
The palate is very round and consistent. It is biscuit-like and eminently creamy, with rather fine, balanced peanuts. This cream is truly a gourmet affair.
