This planter from La Belle Cabresse is made from white agricultural rum, concentrated fruit juices (passion fruit, pineapple, orange and guava) at a level of 32.6%, sugar syrup and natural flavorings (passion fruit, cinnamon, hibiscus powder).
Jeremy's tasting notes
On the nose: it's an explosion of fruit that assaults the nose. Passion fruit, pineapple and guava reign supreme, supported by the rum which remains in the background and brings more structure than aromas.
On the palate: the initial impression is soft and smooth, with a gentle sweetness. Passion fruit and pineapple dominate, followed by the subtle bitterness of orange and guava. Cinnamon accompanies this fruity journey. The overall balance is excellent: the rum doesn't overpower the fruit and is almost imperceptible.
The finish: quite long, it lingers on fruit and cinnamon.
