This 2013 vintage rum was distilled, matured and bottled by the Dormoy family at the La Favorite distillery.
Distilled in 2013, this pure cane juice rum was aged in November 2013 in ex-bourbon and ex-cognac casks. It wasn't until February 2022 that bottling was carried out at cask strength, without reduction.
The 6,000 bottles of this AOC Martinique agricultural rum have been numbered and then hand-waxed by the craftsmen for whom this house is renowned.
