This vintage named “Windward Islands Carribean” (The Wind Islands) by Saint Eloi Spirits comes from Habitation Bellevue.
Located on Marie-Galante, which is nicknamed the Island of a Hundred Mills, Habitation Bellevue produces rum made from pure cane juice.
The aging and bottling of this rum took place in the Vosges, in the Saint Eloi 88 cellars.
