Rhums de Ced Ti Graal Mango Grapefruit is the third edition in the Graal series. These recipes are based on rums from Guadeloupe and Martinique, harvested straight from the distillation column. Power is the order of the day, and rum lovers will find all the warmth that characterizes it.
As always, the fruit is picked when ripe, cut and bottled by hand. The whole is rounded off with a cane sugar syrup made especially for Ced by a company based in Nantes.
Nico's tasting notes
To the nose, this is an arranged rum that smells like rum! The freshness of the fruit is also perfectly preserved, as if it had just been immersed in the liquid. The grapefruit is full-bodied, with its tangy juice and slightly bitter zest, and the mango spreads out in all its width.
The palate is unbelievably sweet and well-balanced. Despite a relatively sweet sensation, the fruit literally coats the palate and offers us all its color. The rhum agricole supports them with typical, authentic aromas that don't hide.
"An arranged rum that has everything to please, from the strength to the sweetness, from the naturalness of its fruit to its sugarcane flavors..."

As I already had the first 2 Grails, I wanted to try the latest one as a sample. Being a lemon lover, I unfortunately found the lemon-passion a bit harsh, but this is just a killer! The alcohol goes unnoticed, the blend is crazy, it's a real success. All I have to do now is buy a whole bottle!
