Pomme-Liane punch is made from white agricultural rum produced by the famous Longueteau distillery in Guadeloupe.
Pure cane juice macerates for 2 weeks with apple-lian, cinnamon, vanilla and cane sugar.
The apple-liana is a passion fruit in the same way as the maracudja or the grenadilla.
Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, freshly-pressed, sweet cane juice. Its vegetal side is expressed in a candied way, and we appreciate the subtlety of its aromas. The fruit is fresh despite the roundness in the glass, with a hint of bitterness and acidity.
The palate is well-balanced, not too round, still full of cane and fruit. The vegetal side of the pomme liane combines perfectly with the rhum agricole, which itself brings a slightly spicy edge. The fruit's seeds add yet another layer of flavor, with a slight bitterness reminiscent of orange zest.
"A punch with subtle, authentic aromas, full of gourmet complexity..."

"Probably one of the best punches from Longueteau."
A perfect balance between this vegetal finesse of the apple-vine, and its spices. (and perfectly measured sugar.)
A mastery that only the Longueteau house has mastered superbly.
This punch is a little gem, which unfortunately is becoming rare today.
A delight of a product that I recommend with my eyes closed to all lovers of quality rum and punches.
