Malorhum Citrus is a cooked rhum arrangé featuring exceptional citrus fruits, sublimated by a single-varietal rum (100% canne bleue) sourced from Guadeloupe's oldest distillery. Olivier Cruz and Lucas Fisk are behind the French brand, initiated in 2016 from their shared passion for rum. The company is based in 350m² premises in the Saint-Malo area.
The elements that make up this original recipe are cut and cooked by hand before being bottled. They include Buddha's hand, bergamot, kalamansi, yuzu, citron, chocolate Navel orange, herbs, spices, honey and cane sugar syrup. Bottle maceration requires 5 to 6 months of patience for the aromas to meld with the rum.
