Malorhum Citrus is a cooked arranged rum that consists of exceptional citrus fruits, sublimated by a single-varietal rum (100% blue cane) that comes from the oldest distillery in Guadeloupe. Olivier Cruz and Lucas Fisk are behind the French brand, initiated in 2016 from their shared passion for rum. The company is located in a 350m² building in the Saint-Malo area.
The elements that make up this original recipe are cut and cooked by hand before being bottled. These include Buddha's hand, bergamot, kalamansi, yuzu, citron, chocolate Navel orange, herbs, spices, honey and cane sugar syrup. The maceration in the bottle requires 5 to 6 months of patience for the aromas to blend with the rum.
