This Prestige edition is based on the classic Henri Bardouin pastis recipe and its 65 botanicals. Its uniqueness comes from the 4 rare and precious ingredients that enrich its composition:
- Vetiver, which comes from India, is picked at optimum maturity,
- Forcalquier saffron, harvested between October and November during the peak of flowering,
- Centifolia rose from Morocco and Iran, hand-picked in May,
- Sichuan pepper from Sichuan province, south-west China.
All components undergo drying and maturing stages before final assembly according to a precise recipe.
This pastis is ideal as an aperitif. To appreciate its delicate aroma, the brand recommends six parts fresh water to one part pastis.
