Père Labat Single Cask 2009 is an agricultural rum from the Poisson distillery in Marie Galante.
The master distiller distilled this very old rum in a Creole column in 2009. It was then aged for 12 years in a single Bourbon cask.
Unreduced, 300 bottles were bottled in 2021.
PM Spirit, an importer and distributor of New York spirits, is behind this cuvée. We were able to pick up a few bottles.
