Sample X Port Mourant 9 ans is a rum produced in Guyana by the Diamond distillery. The last Demerara distillery in operation boasts famous stills from former neighboring distilleries.
This molasses rum was distilled in the Pour Mourant wooden still. It was aged in oak barrels for 9 years, partly in the tropical climate of British Guiana. It has been bottled by Kintra Spirits and The Rum Mercenary under the Sample X brand.
No fewer than 294 bottles were racked from this unique cask.
