Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose: lots of ripe fruit and a solvent note rise from the glass accompanied by a rubbery aroma. As you get closer, the fruit becomes more intense, the roasted pineapple more prominent, and evolves towards notes of brined olives.
On the palate: the attack is direct and rounded, an explosion of ripe tropical fruits with pineapple still prominent. The solvent is present and enhances the fruit, and one also perceives notes of buttery cocoa and roasted wood. The whole evolves into a mocha with candied citrus.
The finish: Long, with abundant fruit, roasted wood, and a touch of salt that brings back notes of olives.
