The Auld Alliance Clarendon 1984 37 ans 62° : Description and customer reviews

The Auld Alliance Clarendon 1984 is a Jamaican molasses rum from a collaborative bottling between Thompson Brothers and The Auld Alliance.

The rum comes from the Clarendon distillery in the south of the island, in the town of Sainte-Catherine. It's better known as Monymusk, and is attached to New Yarmouth, the sugar factory that supplies it with molasses.

Distilled in stills in 1984, this rum features the MMW mark. The selected cask spent 34 years ageing in the tropical climate of Jamaica, and a further 3 years in Scotland.

This exceptional 37-year-old rum was bottled in July 2021, at its natural degree and without cold filtration.
