Transat des arrangés bourguignons "Spicy" is an arranged rum from Charbonnaud. Already the originator of Rhums Transat, Charbonnaud continues to bring the Caribbean and Burgundy closer together. This time, it has decided to do so by marrying their local flavors, in this French-style spiced rum. Based on a blend of rums from Trinidad and Jamaica, a mixture of cinnamon, staranise, nutmeg and cloves has been infused. This recipe was developed in collaboration with Mulot et Petitjean, Burgundy's oldest gingerbread producer.
