Elements 8 is distilled and aged on the island of Saint Lucia, using selected molasses imported from Guyana.
The brand's name refers to the 8 elements required to make rum, each of which has a decisive influence on the process: the tropical environment, the sugar cane, the yeasts used, the distillation process, barrel ageing, blending, carbon filtration and, finally, the filtered tropical rainwater used to make the brand's rums.
