Old Saint Croix Danish Navy Rum originates from the U.S. Virgin Islands, located between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The rum is produced through a slow fermentation process. Distillation then takes place in a traditional pot still. Several batches are subsequently aged, some for up to 20 years, in oak barrels.
