Here is a slight twist that has become one of the best sellers of the Experimental Cocktail Club for over 15 years.

Our Old Cuban recipe
Method
Shake all the ingredients without the champagne
Double strain with an ice strainer and a fine bar strainer directly into a champagne glass
Add 2 dashes of Angostura Aromatic bitters then rotate the base of the glass to obtain a spiral
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of ginger bar
2cl simple sugar syrup
2cl lime juice
4 cl havana club 3 years
Longened with Champagne / Cava / Prosecco
(Choose one that is slightly acidic and definitely not sweet)
