White agricultural rum from Guadeloupe, papaya, passion fruit (also known as maracuja), spices and cane sugar: these are the ingredients of this Papaye - Maracuja rhum arrangé.
Nico's tasting notes
On the nose, maracuja unfurls all its power. It's strikingly natural, like freshly opened fruit. It's as if you're scraping the inside of the fruit to peel away all its flesh, splashing out its exotic aromas. The papaya then stands out, bringing a sensation of unctuous fruit.
The palate is round and sweet, once again letting the maracuja express itself fully. The seeds obviously add an extra touch of naturalness, being slightly spicy and bitter when crunched. Papaya brings up the rear with its velvety flesh.
