Arhumatic Kiwi - Pineapple - Mango is an exotic arranged rum made from Guadeloupe agricultural white rum. Founded by Thierry and Clémence Ogez, Maison Arhumatic has been crafting arranged rums since 2014.
The fruit is picked at optimum ripeness, peeled and cut by hand. In this recipe, the mango comes from Mexico or Peru, the pineapple from Guyana or Ghana, and the kiwi from New Zealand or France. A little cane sugar syrup is added to bring roundness to the maceration.
