This is the4th batch of the 2014 brut de fût vintage from Bielle. Distilled in Savalle columns in 2014, like the previous versions, this too has been aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon oak casks, then in ex-sweet white wine casks.
The bottling of this batch was carried out in 2021 without reduction or cold filtration. This time it is 57.8°
