Breiz'île Ananas Coco is an ode to Caribbean Creole flavors. Breiz'Île's Breton team prepares this arranged rum using traditional methods.

The ripe pineapple is hand-cut, and then joins the coconut pieces in the bottle. The whole is macerated in rhum agricole, topped with cane sugar and lemon zest.
