Cihuatan Jade is the first white rum produced by the Cihuatan distillery in El Salvador, in the valley of the same name.
It is made from cane syrup and molasses. Here it's a blend of several distillates aged for a minimum of 4 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks.
Activated charcoal filtration is used to restore its crystalline transparency.
This rum is dedicated to mixology, but you can also taste it on its own to discover its aromas.
