This wild raspberry eau-de-vie comes from the Hepp distillery in Alsace.
It is obtained by maceration and distillation. No less than 8 kg of wild raspberries are needed to produce 1 liter of 45° alcohol.
In the early 20th century, this rare berry was used to produce eau-de-vie for princely tables.
