For the 2023 edition of its "Exception" collection, the Ricci Family headed to the Pacific Ocean to source this 22-year-old rum from the Fiji Islands.
Distilled in 2001 in a pot still from molasses, this rum was aged in an ex-bourbon American oak barrel, then in a barrel that contained rum from the legendary Caroni distillery.
It has undergone no addition or reduction. It has been bottled from a single cask in 157 numbered bottles.
