The RICCI Family's UFO collection is enriched by the 7th opus.
The latter is a blend of 3 exceptionally aged rums. The composition of this eau-de-vie is as follows:
- 25% 20-year-old molasses rum produced at Foursquare in Barbados,
- 35% rum distilled at Montebello and aged for 24 years,
- Finally, 40% 19-year-old molasses rum from Demerara Distillers Ltd in Guyana.
Bourbon and whisky casks were used to age these rums.
This cuvée has undergone no additions or reductions prior to bottling.
