This white rum comes from the Enghenos do Norte distillery in Madeira. It is made from pure cane juice of the ROXA variety.
This is a Saint Eloi Spirits bottling.
Before bottling, this vintage benefited from specific maturation. The Amphorum range corresponds to rums aged in large-capacity Tuscan terracotta amphorae. This maturation combined with a slow reduction allows micro-oxygenation of the rum.
