Malorhum Gwada is a cooked rum born of the meeting of two enthusiasts, Lucas Fisk and Olivier Cruz. After years of experience and experimentation, the two entrepreneurs decided to take the plunge and create their own brand in 2016. The company is based in a warehouse in the Saint-Malo area of Brittany.
This hushed, generous island-flavored rhum arrangé combines pineapple with banana, avocado, vanilla, lemon zest, spices and cane sugar syrup. Once cooked, the ingredients are immersed in premium white agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. Each bottle contains its own maceration, which lasts 5 to 6 months.
