Malorhum Melow is a spirit drink produced in France from Guadeloupe agricultural white rum. Created in 2016 in Saint-Malo by Lucas and Olivier, the brand uses innovative arrangement techniques that rely on cooked fruits, vegetables and spices.
This sunny, sweet rum arrangé features Cavaillon melon, limelon (a very sweet melon, a cross between a melon and a lime), auriculata (a Mediterranean plant), redcurrant, grapefruit, tarragon, cane sugar syrup and honey.
This is a 100% artisanal production, with all cooking and handling done by hand. The advantage of cooking the elements is that they won't oxidize and disintegrate in the rum after a few months. Bottles are shipped after a maceration period of 5 to 6 months.
