Malorhum Ty Malo is a genuine artisanal ti'punch made from top-of-the-range Guadeloupe agricultural rum. It combines yuzu, ginger, Timut berries and cane sugar. The whole is then macerated for 5 to 6 months in the bottle.
Founded in 2016 by Olivier Cruz and Lucas Fisk, the French brand uses innovative arrangement techniques based on cooked fruits, vegetables and spices. The various recipes in the range are in fact made using cooked, flambéed, reduced or caramelized elements.
