Mana'o Amphore is a unique vintage of white rum made from pure organic cane juice from French Polynesia.
Distilled in 2021, the white rum benefited from a maturation that is still confidential in the world of rum. It was in fact put to rest in 320-liter clay amphorae from the Italian house Tava.
Bottling in October 2023 after 18 months of rest in the Rangiroa cellar gave birth to 1500 bottles.
This maturation allows micro-oxygenation comparable to that of a barrel, but without the influence of wood.
For this vintage, the Polynesian distillery worked with To Ute variety sugar cane and red cane.
