Mana'o
Mana'o was born of the desire to create a premium rum in French Polynesia. Until now, no high-quality pure cane juice rum had been produced here.
Before Mana'o rum could be marketed, over 6 years of work had to be done: research into the varieties of sugar cane historically grown there, selection of the most suitable varieties, planting, etc. The result was a product that was a true success.
At the same time, an existing still in Tahiti was chosen. The local company owning this iron still also contributed its 20 years of experience in distilling spirits. Read less
