Mhoba Pot Stilled High Ester Batch 2019 HE7 is a pure cane juice rum from South Africa. It has been fermented for 21 days, with cane juice diluted to 30% dunder. This dunder is a residue from previous distillations, adding a richness to the fermentation process. Distillation is carried out in an iron still, always with the aim of maximizing the power of the aromas.
