Montebello Rhum Vieux 11 ans Finish Chassagne Montrachet is the4th cuvee in the "La Rencontre" collection.
The meeting between Montebello rums and the Carillon family is achieved here through a finish in barrels of exceptional white wine from the Burgundy terroir of Chassagne-Montrachet.
For the fourth reference in this collection, the white rum was aged in old bourbon casks in August 2010, then given a 236-day finish in a Chassagne-Montrachet cask.
Bottling took place brut de fût in July 2022. This limited series produced 1,195 numbered bottles.
